1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy applies to https://muusknife.com (the “Site”) and is always available at https://muusknife.com/privacy-policy-2/. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you place an order or contact us:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Shipping address
- Order details (items and amount)
- Your messages to us by email or through messengers
Information the Site collects automatically:
- IP address
- Device and browser type, language
- Pages visited and time of the visit, referring source
- Cookies (see section 6)
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page; we never receive or store them. The Site has no registration and no customer accounts.
3. Why we use it
- To take, receive payment for, ship and deliver your order
- To answer your questions and handle returns and warranty requests
- To send service messages about your order (confirmation, tracking number)
- To send marketing messages — only with your separate consent; you can opt out at any time through the link in the email or by writing to us
- To measure how the Site and our advertising perform, and to protect the Site against fraud
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on these grounds:
- Performance of a contract — everything needed to sell, ship and support your order
- Consent — marketing messages; you may withdraw it at any time
- Legitimate interests — keeping the Site secure, preventing fraud, and measuring how the Site and our advertising perform
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting and customs record-keeping, and requests from public authorities
5. Who we share it with
Only as much as each purpose needs:
- The acquiring bank / payment provider that takes the payment on the checkout page — amount, order number and email, to accept payments and make refunds
- Yakutskiye Nozhi LLC (Russia), supplier — name, phone, email, address and order contents, to ship your order directly from Russia
- Russian Post — name, phone, address, weight and contents of the parcel, for delivery and customs clearance
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — all Site data, as the Site’s hosting provider
- Namecheap (email forwarding) and SMTP2GO (email sending) — email, name and message text, to deliver order emails and our correspondence
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Merchant Center) — visit data and cookies, without your name or address, for analytics and advertising
- Google (Places) — the address you type at checkout, to suggest a matching delivery address; you can ignore the suggestions and type the address yourself
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — visit data and cookies, without your name or address, for analytics and advertising
- Pinterest (Pinterest tag) — visit data and cookies, without your name or address, for analytics and advertising
- Automattic (Jetpack) — IP address and visit data, for traffic statistics and Site security
- Klaviyo — email, name and order history, to send order-related emails and, only with your consent, newsletters
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram (through the Wazzup service and our Chatwoot) — your messages, name and number, to answer you when you write to us in a messenger
- Public authorities — on their lawful request, to comply with the law
International transfers. Orders ship from Russia, so the data needed for delivery is passed to the supplier and to carriers in Russia and in the destination country; the Site is hosted in Germany. Some of the services above process data in other countries as well. By placing an order you agree to these transfers, which are necessary to fulfil it.
6. Cookies
The Site uses essential cookies (shopping cart, checkout, language) and analytics and advertising cookies. You can turn off analytics and advertising cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, checkout will not work correctly.
7. How long we keep it
- Order data — as long as needed to perform the contract, the warranty and returns, and then for the periods set by tax and accounting law
- Correspondence — up to three years after your last message
8. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we process about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to marketing messages, and ask us to delete your data where the law does not require us to keep it. If the law of your country (for example the GDPR) gives you further rights, you can exercise them the same way.
Write to info@muusknife.com; we reply within 10 business days. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
9. Security
The Site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to order data is limited to staff who need it for their work, and card details never reach the Site.
10. Children
We do not sell to anyone under 18 and do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us their information, write to info@muusknife.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes and disputes
A new version of this policy is published on this page with its date. This policy is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan; disputes are settled at the operator’s location after a written claim has been sent to us. This does not take away any right to complain that the law of your country gives you.
