    Your knife is off sale

    Once paid, it is taken off sale in both stores — muusknife.com and muusknife.ru.

  3. 1–2 business days

    Prepared and packed

    Knife in its sheath, the “Sakha Byhaga” box, certificate and warranty card.

  4. By business day 2

    Dispatched by Russian Post

    We email the tracking number. Follow it on pochta.ru or your local postal carrier’s site (USPS, Royal Mail…).

  5. 10–20 business days

    In transit and customs

    Up to 30 business days to remote destinations. Peaks (November–January) and customs backlogs can add time.

  6. Delivery

    Your local post delivers

    Import duties and taxes, if any, are collected by the carrier on delivery — see your country.

If something goes wrong

Lost, damaged or held parcel

Tracking says delivered, but no parcel

Tell us within 7 days

  1. Send your order and tracking numbers.
  2. We file a claim with the carrier.
  3. We reship the knife or refund you.

The box is crushed or opened

Right away, before opening

  1. Photograph the packaging unopened.
  2. Open it and photograph the knife.
  3. Email the photos to info@muusknife.com.

Held or refused by customs, or not collected

Message us first

  1. If customs holds the parcel, the carrier notifies you — send us the tracking number and the notice.
  2. If the parcel is seized or refused because of local rules on knives, the price of the knife and shipping is not refunded — see Terms.
  3. An uncollected parcel returns to us; we agree the next step with you.
