From people who gave one as a gift
These are reviews of our Russian shops — the muusknife.ru online store on Yandex, and our Yakut Brand shop in Yakutsk on 2GIS.
Is it bad luck to gift a knife? Not if he gives you a coin back
An old superstition says a knife given as a gift cuts the friendship. The fix is just as old: the person who receives it “buys” the gift back with any coin. Keep one ready — a small ritual and one more reason to smile.

Can a knife be sent to my country?
MUUS knives are fixed-blade utility and craft knives — made for hunting, cooking and traditional craftsmanship, not as weapons. Rules on knives differ from country to country, so please check yours before ordering. Our guide “Is a Yakut knife legal to import?” explains what to look at.
What if it is not right?
An unused knife can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customised or used knives are not eligible. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the knife arrived damaged or defective.
Can it be engraved?
Yes, as a custom order: dimensions, handle, engraving. It usually takes 4–6 weeks, and the maker discusses the details — message us in the chat. A custom knife cannot be returned.
How do I care for it?
Wipe it clean and dry after use, and apply a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil every few months. No dishwasher. More in our guide on sharpening and care.
